Ray Pursley, ARMY

"As a Veteran and Peer Support Specialist, the Veterans Garden Project was a neutral, non clinical, non judgmental place for Veterans of the community to come and be outside. We were able to openly have conversations about anything, with no fear of repercussions. It is a place to volunteer and give back. It is a place to feel the connection with the earth and what it can provide. VGP is an opportunity to get outside and build camaraderie with fellow Veterans and genuine people. The garden is a confidence builder. The VGP is everything a Veteran would want from whole hearted volunteers that have the utmost respect and gratitude for our women and men that served this country."

Thank you donors.
